About TendiTech

TendiTech is a Montréal-based RegTech company building compliance infrastructure for Canadian regulated businesses—starting with real estate.

Why we exist

Many real estate brokerages and small agencies face demanding obligations without the internal compliance teams, budgets, or tooling of large financial institutions. TendiTech exists to close that gap—turning complex requirements into practical, evidence-ready workflows that are safer to operate and easier to standardize.

Our approach

We focus on upstream engineering of compliance: structure, auditability, and safe handling of sensitive data. Like aviation, reliability comes from disciplined systems and checklists—not heroics. We design workflows so the safe outcome is the default.

How the four founders fit together

Field reality (real estate operations): what brokers face day-to-day, and where workflows break.
Regulatory & risk discipline: how evidence and documentation must hold up under scrutiny.
Digital identity & innovation: modern trust services without operational fragility.
Cybersecurity-first infrastructure: minimization, access control, encryption, and defensible audit trails as baseline.

Founders

Four complementary perspectives aligned around one goal: making evidence-grade compliance achievable for teams without enterprise-scale resources.

Sébastien Parent
Real estate leadership & brokerage operations. A practical view of day-to-day constraints, client realities, and what “compliance in the real world” looks like for small teams.
Michel Bouchard
Transactions, negotiation, and operational rigor. Deep experience across residential and commercial deals, with strong discipline around documentation and broker education.
François Bédard
Digital innovation & identity ecosystems. Decades of leadership in connected services and digital identity—ensuring TendiTech remains modern, usable, and aligned with evolving trust frameworks.
Déodat Lê
Cybersecurity-first engineering & compliance systems. Founder of IDtorney Group, bringing zero-trust identity, encryption, and audit-ready evidence thinking to sensitive compliance workflows.

Principles

No tracking by default on the public site and minimal data collection
Data minimization and least-privilege access
Evidence quality: traceability, change history, and defensible audit trails
Pragmatism: workflows teams can run consistently
